Home made Mango pickle with ultimate hygienic condition. Prepared after safely plucking the thunder mangos directly from the tree either by hand or by the help of Net. The raw mango brought home and washed well by clean water, dried by clean cloth. Each raw mango is cut in to pieces of quarter to half inch size. Stored in a clean vessel in layer of mango pieces over that rocky salt. When ever there is order, then required quantity of raw mango pieces taken out from the vessel, and mixed up in grinded mustered and Chilli mixed up with warm salt water and then the mango pieces are mixed up with the gravy and put in to the standard bottles of Half or One Kilo Gram of weight.
